Choice of Noodles (thin, wide, easy or egg), Protein (brisket, rare flank, meatballs, chicken, fried tofu mushrooms, mixed veggies, tendons, salmon, or shrimp), Broth (beef/chicken or vegetarian). I prefer the vegetarian broth over the beef/chicken. It has more "pho" flavor and not as salty. Currently, they have a BOGO Free bowl of pho from 1-5pm for the month of November with promo code "BOGO". Order online for easy pickup. The noodles/protein and soup are packaged separately and nicely, no spills! Plenty of parking! ”

“ Looking for lunch digs on the regular. This place opened up relatively recently, and I have been meaning to check it out. In the newly launched "The Enclave", 123Pho is a hit. AND...I didn't even try the pho yet! Ordered appetizers: bao buns with lemongrass chicken, and spring rolls with shrimp. Got a straw mang tea to go with. Everything was delicious. The chicken was juicy and I could faintly taste the lemongrass - not overwhelming, but just a hint. The baos were HUGE and there were three! The spring rolls (and sauce) were on point. It was a lovely day, so the open layout and floor to ceiling windows were perfect. Easy to access with parking lot just outside. ”

“ Damn good soup, you get to choose what type of proteins you want added, the type of girth of the noodles you want and two different broths. The Bao Buns garlic butter shrimp is a must get! Currently at the time of writing this, they're still waiting on their liquor license but when they get it I'm definitely ordering their adult slushies. ”
